Wonderful place and pretty easy to get to via public transportation from Trieste. Had a great selection of meats and cheeses. Definitely get the gelato!

#osmiza #DolinaMerlak #sandorligo. Altro ameno locale dove rilassarsi e leggersi un buon libro, un giornale o fare quattro chiacchere in compagnia. Un grande giardino adorno di ulivi, fiori e tavoli. Un elogio al piatto con salumi. L'amico Berto (Alberto) ha precisato che i titolari sono anche produttori dei vari salumi che offrono in quanto ancora allevano maiali. Il piatto di affettati in foto comprende: pecorino (ma il locale offre anche altri formaggi) prosciutto crudo, lardo, ombolo, sotto collo , pomodorini. Un buon #vinorosso che male non fa (grande sorriso) e per finire un #gelato #fiordilatte con #olioevo (non in foto..mannaggia). Avete due orette e volete estraniarvi dal centro e dal caos e avete un leggero languore?.... venite qui .

Sitting on old school chairs under the shade of an olive tree with a view of the rolling hills was simply perfect. It's an ideal spot for those who appreciate the beauty of simplicity and nature. What truly caught my attention was the ice cream with olive oil – a unique and delightful combination that I hadn't tried before. It was both new and interesting, a must-try for the adventurous palate. To complement the meal, the wine selection was equally satisfying, offering a pleasant variety to choose from. Overall, our experience was thoroughly enjoyable. If you're looking for a place that combines great food, a charming setting, and a touch of novelty, this is a fantastic choice. We left with smiles on our faces, having truly relished the atmosphere and flavors.

È come un’osmica dovrebbe essere: nel verde, cibo super genuino, atmosfera conviviale. Abbiamo mangiato ottimi salumi e formaggi Servizio un po’ lento ma siamo arrivati alle 13 ed era pieno.
